To apply here, you must fulfill a few conditions mentioned herewith. The first one is that if you are planning to settle permanently then you must plan it outside the province of Quebec.

Secondly, you should have a work experience, which should be continuous, and full-time work for a period of at least two years in Canada. If you don't have this done, then you should be a foreign graduate from a Canadian post secondary institution. Along with this, you should also have a one-year experience of full-time work within the country. This work should necessarily be skilled work.

Plus your work or study, whatever you are applying on the basis of, should be duly authorized under appropriate authority.

Then your application would be evaluated on the following two categories:

One is your work experience in Canada and the other is your communication skill in the two official languages of the country, namely, English and French.

If you are single, then you would be the principal applicant. But if you are married and your spouse also fits into this category then you can decide between yourself that who would be the principal applicant.

The procedure of applying under this category is also simple. The first step is to obtain the correct application package for yourself. Here it would be under Canadian class experience category. The next step is to fill in the application. While doing this, you should make sure that you fill in every detail needed. Also the information given should be true else you can face punishment for giving in false information. Also you should see that you attach all the necessary documents that are supposed to go with the application. Caution should be exercised while filling in this application form as if it is not done properly then your application would be returned to you and would not be processed until completed by you.

Lastly you should calculate the amount of fee to be sent along with the application. And then the application is to mailed to the concerned authority.
